Compared to conventional beef, Wagyu meat contains up to 50% more unsaturated fatty acids with a significantly lower total fat content. This makes Wagyu meat one of the healthiest meats.
By appropriate breeding, high-quality food and year-round freewheel attitude we can guarantee the required top quality and the typical Wagyu taste of our meat. Our cattle breed according to strict biological guidelines and the use of antibiotics is of course completely omitted.
